DAisY CHUNG - PROGRAM OFFICER, HMSA FOUNDATION

Daisy joined the HMSA Foundation in 2024. Her kuleana is supporting the Foundation's mission and nurturing relationships and funding partnerships with community leaders and organizations based on trust, reciprocity, and a shared vision of advancing the health of Hawaiʻi. Prior to HMSA Foundation, Daisy was a program officer at the Hawaiʻi Community Foundation, as well as the Ford Foundation in NYC, and the Chicago Community Loan Fund. She also served a year as an Americorps*VISTA at the Shriver Center on Poverty Law and studied social policy at Northwestern University. Daisy grew up in both Illinois and Seoul, South Korea, but has lived in Hawaiʻi since 2011. She is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
